Any Good Affiliate WP Themes?

As title suggests...

Although as I am starting out for the first time with WordPress can you get rid of the comment type dated boxes that appear which make it look more like a blog?? As this is really what I am trying to acheive.

You can remove all this in the index.php, single.php and page.php files.
