I only ask, because it wasn't until a few months back that I discovered two of my favourite Bookmark services use the rel="nofollow" tag, which stops any SEO weight being given to the sites you bookmark. I'm guessing that many of us "bookmark" our own articles.
Another 'nofollow' hiccup is that many blog platforms include the tag in their comments and trackback links. I'd been blogging for months before I discovered that many of the blogs that i'd comment on (with links) were using the 'nofollow' tag.
Imagine then my suprise to discover that my own blogs had been using the 'nofollow' for months! Seems my blog platform provider (typepad.com) uses the 'nofollow' tag by default, but doesn't think it's worth mentioning.
You can check you own social networks/bookmarks services by viewing the source code of the page and searching for "nofollow".
There's a bundle of information at the NO NOFOLLOW community at No Nofollow | I Follow | DoFollow community @ BUMPzee!, it's aimed at bloggers and contains various plugins/hacks for the popular blog platforms, but you may find some of the discussions taking place to be of use.
