It's been a while since I posted on here- the reason being that afform has undergone some important changes:

We have been rationalising our campaigns (i.e. removing all those which didn't produce sufficient revenue to make them worthwhile running). We have also been sourcing exlusive campaigns and exclusive rates for existing campaigns for our publishers.

Afform now only runs campaigns which can be incentivised, so if you have a site with incentivised traffic we will definitely have some good campaigns for your customers.

In addition to this, we have now set up and implemented a missing transactions system which not only administers missing transaction payments for our publishers, but also for their sub-publishers too (invaluable for incentivised sites).
