I can only speak from my own experience and only work with one of their products - but in my opinion AFFORM are the worst affiliate network of any that I work with (I work with 15 affiliate networks as well as individual programmes) .
1.There data/statistics are contradictory
2. I rarely get a response form my account manager (Andrew Sonn) when I email him,
3. the admin system for data is the worst of any affiliate network....some functions don't even work
4. Longest validation period on that speciifc merchant of any network
5. Any times I have been paid I have had to chase them up for payment,
6. Despite having validated sales/leads (I think - hard to tell from the useless admin functions) I have had no payment since April, which I had to chase up and was a minimal paymnet
I have decided to take the only merchant I work with to another Affiliate NEtwork - I advise you do the same.
THat is my experience anyway........I have sent emails for some SIMPLE explanations and data the last week, and previouslty plus called and got no response - when I do it dooesn't even answer my query - and I'm not mailing some CS assistant, it's the publishing service manager!!!!
I would be wary of using this network - if you can find the same merchants elsewhere I advise you do so.....
