Hilton: More Transparency Needed

Having recently run a report on sales for Hilton we have seen a few 'denied' sales. I have no idea why these are denied and I would like some level of transparency from TD or Hilton in regard to this.

Having spoken to the account manager he was unable to assist us and we have now heard nothing more from him in relation to escalating this to the merchant.

This is simply not good enough from Tradedoubler. Could someone please contact me by phone to discuss these issues - I would be most grateful.
