What's happened to TD lately? It used to be a really good network. Then all of a sudden, it seems to have lost interest with affiliates - or perhaps it's just the smaller ones they don't care about.
I've been waiting 6 months for 2 three figure sums to be paid out by a merchant which has more or less left the network in favour of a new one.
The amounts have yet to be invoiced as they have no date next to them.
I have emailed but that's not helped one bit. Does no one answer affiliate emails lately?
I tried phoning. First time I have ever had to phone a network. I spoke to the account manager and who I presume is the account manager's manager. Both helped as much as a chocolate teapot.
I've basically been told they are looking into it. 6 months and they are still looking into it? Surely, it's simply the case that the finance team click a few buttons and hey presto, it's allocated to an invoice?
Maybe that's wishful thinking but there has to be some management control over the payment system. I keep getting told it's all automated which is all good and well when it works.
So where do I go from here? I've emailed, I've phoned. A letter probably won't get anywhere.

Sorry to hijack your thread, but I feel the same, I've been waiting on payments from Figleaves and was promised I would get all payments owed last month, this didn't happen, I then tried emailing Marta and she's away until tomorrow (pay day) and these payments are still not showing up in my account for pay day tomorrow.
Really is a joke as it's quite abit of money and it is needed urgently. I've now forwarded this email to Bradley who i'm hoping will sort this out a.s.a.p for me.

Thanks for the reply, but why is it only now, the day before payment are you chasing figleaves?
Figleaves are a big company and have worked along with affiliates for quite a while, so why is it proving so difficult to get them to pay outstanding invoices? This really is unacceptable!
Figleaves mentioned only recently their commitment to working with affiliates, so paying them what is owed would be a great start to the relationship.
I was also promised that all my outstanding Figleaves payments would be paid last month. I'm going to forward you the email.

Sorry to hear that you are having problems contacting members of the TD Team. If you can tell me the names of the programs you have yet to be paid for, i can contact their account managers myself and get an update as to the status of your payments.
