Mogga - The idea regarding the full list is great. You can view the full list using this spreadsheet. I will get this added to the interface too.

We have limited the selection to 4 top level categories because research has shown that if there are no limitations then its likely some people will simply add their site to all categories or just one.

If you work across many categories then that is fine. You have the following options:

• Enter the 4 most relevant categories according to your sites traffic or number of sales generated
• Contact TradeDoubler with a list of your sites and their preferred categories and we can manually set this up for you if it's more than 4

Personally I couldn't care less about the site verification, I don't see the point of it b ut it doesn't bother me.

The reason why Tradedoubler is always my last ditch option, i.e. my chosen merchant isn't available anywhere else, is because it's a total pain in the arse just to do the simplest of things. I mean I guess all the funky 'Add Match' stuff and product feeds etc is useful to many, but what if I want to make a simple blog post with a simple text link to a single product, where's the option for that? I'm sure it's in there somewhere, but why bury it in all that crap? I can't easily find how to do this and it totally wastes my time trying to figure it out.

Look at Commission Junction for instance, search for product > product appears > click Get HTML > done! What's wrong with that, nothing.
