Can't get into TD here at the moment. Links and Banners seem ok though.

Not accessible here either. As other posters have said, links and banners seem okay but this is a little worrying and does not reflect well on their general competence.

I've had my worst three days on tradedoubler since xmas, these past three days too
All other sources of income are average.
I would also say I've noticed a significant drop in traffic to my sites overall since war broke out (just coincidence?)

Hi, my TD sales have been down for the last 3 days too. Clicks are actually up because of some changes I've made, but people just aren't converting on TD. Sales have been between 1/4 and 1/2 of the average for the rest of the month. I am getting mildly suspicious that new customers may not be being logged correctly, and that these are return cookie customers. Reason I say this is because I recently EPI tagged the rest of my links (they all work fine, and I've always had around 1/4 EPI tagged). None of the sales have the new EPI tags which is highly unusual.
Anyone else noticed sales down on TD... ? Green2K.

Speaking for my brand new site that's been up and fully active the last 7 days I can say that new EPI tracked customers is working fine.
Last night I done 3 Figleaves sales in 3 hours, 2 where non-logged in users and 1 was a logged in user.
One thing I was very worried about was traffic error report

Since I updated the site info on 22nd to have the url without "www." and also with "www." I have had no errors, but the worry is was these lost sales or not? I really don't understand how the TD error URL page works.

I've also got a new site, with easy to track stats. I listed the site in both .co.uk and .com versions at TD
If people have arrived at the site using www.mysite.com, or www.mysite.co.uk, the TD tracking has worked fine.
If they have come to mysite.com, or mysite.co.uk, or mysite.co.uk, or mysite.com, i have not been credited either.
Where are the warnings about this TD?
I can only check errors for the last 7 days, it probably wouldn't account for much, but I have to wonder how much i've lost in the last year. It's perhaps as high as 10% of my income being lost by TD's tracking.

Hi, I wrote a long reply about this earlier today but it never appeared, and my enthusiasm to re-create it has waned! I'll try to sum up all the points later, but it's worth noting that referer information is NOT passed either, if you use javascript to open a new window or use an onclick event on a table rather than a standard anchor tag. I don't yet know whether TD does or does not credit sales via blank referer click-throughs, but if they do not it will be bad news.
On the positive side I know they've credited me for traffic that came direct from google to merchant in the past.
Watch out for another post on this... Green2K
