Yes, I had a similar problem, which was solved with help from this forum
I think you will need to include all the domains/sub domains separated by commas.
e.g. www.domain.com,domain.com,sub1.domain.com etc. etc.

Hi,
First post, but been watching the boards since late last year but this the first time I need real help.
I have moved my domains to another web hosting which has sub domains attached.
Do need to register the sub domains as well? or will TD pick it up from the main domain?
I have made a test but I do get a referral error on TD's error page so I suspect I do have to register them in with the main domain.
I have emailed TD as I can not see any mention of sub domains on their help but have had no reply...

Thanks for that, it was what I thought but thought I better ask someone else as TD does not mention sub's.
Anybody know if there is a limit of how many urls you can have in the site reg box?
I ask as I now can have 25 sub domains will search engines treat these as separate domains as well?
