What about the other two - home and business? Does anyone know? 90% of the graphic links are broken and none of the code works. Are they still operating? (You would think they are as they approved me yesterday, but ...!?)

Dell - Home & Business are very consistant performers..comparisons should not be drawn between the two..but we suggest you certainly remain with the former.

We didn't try Dell outlet so can't comment.

I would've suggested you contact TD if you feel you have had problems with tracking etc...with any program...but unfortunately recent experiences does not lend itself to a rapid resolution, opening a debate to whether the UK office actually has any decision making powers to assist affiliates or whether all directives come from Sweden.

The old chestnut of whether "if you don't earn, we don't earn" does not wash anymore. There seems to be certain favouritism towards the merchant rather than the interest of the affiliate when problems arise.

    The Dell site is ok

It's just that none of the dell Tradedoubler links are working.

Sounds like a hiccup at TD!

I guess it will be Monday if we're lucky before it's fixed.

    Hi Angela,

"I guess it will be Monday if we're lucky before it's fixed."

Every time i say that, they prove me wrong. Every time i don't, they don't LOL. Something makes me think they read more than they post.

    Hi Folks

    Thanks But..............

Just tried it again 12.25pm Sunday.

    It no work!!##

    I'm on Demon ADSL

    Perhaps it's a connectivity issue??

The dell site is fine still - it's just the TD link that's not working??

I got a sale yesterday so I assume it's working for someone - unless the cookie tracked an earlier click.

    "Just tried an ***** link"

Now that's not very lady like Angela :O)

As im here, could you update the link you have to the top100, it should point direct to the home page (ie delete the in.php part). It will not affect where your visitors land, and outgoing links were changed over a month a go to be similar, and therefore fair. Your exising link will not work for much longer, although everyone will get another warning email before the change is made. The overall benefit should be more customers for all of us.
