Thanks very much for that, a real help. Still, it leaves me wondering why the TD helpdesk couldn't have told me this a month ago.

    Hi Archimedes,

Can you please tell me the ticket numbers that you are referring to? If you tell me the ticket numbers you are still having problems with, i can find them in our system and help you with what ever the problem is. If i don't have these ticket numbers, it will not be possible for me to find your queries and answer them.

I have been checking back through all my received emails for the past 2 weeks and have been unable to find the email you said you had sent with the details of your issues.

    Regards

    tdMatt

I have not had great experience with TD, it feels to me like they are under-staffed.

They do answer emails but are slow when compared to Awin or Buy.at, my two favorite networks. It does make me smile when I see a merchant leave TD to go to Awin or Buy.at, I know my life will get a little easier. I just wish all their merchants would leave, or TD would employ some more staff.

    Hi Matt,

Can you get someone to take a look at our tickets too?

    141294 and 147149

The first of these was raised over a month ago!

    Hope you can help...

    Cheers,

    Mani

They must have read your post cos today they have changed over to a higher rate 0870 number (which makes money for them)-

We would like to inform you that as of today (Friday 14th August) the current TradeDoubler Publisher Support phone number (0207 798 5889) will no longer be in use.

To reach a member of staff to discuss your query, please call 08703 833 550.

    Hi Flowergirl,

Thank you for your post, however I would like to explain to everyone that this is our office number at this location - we do not make money from this number.

It still costs most of us more to call you. Landline numbers are included in the 'free minutes' packages on mobile tariffs but I think most mobile providers charge special rates for calls to 0870. Anyone on Pay as You Go will have to pay for the call. Calling from a landline, BT's packages now include 0870 but most other providers charge at least 10p a minute.
Why did you move away from a normal landline number?

We're overdue on a lot of stuff. The main one went overdue in June. The irritating thing is we keep getting sent deals for the merchant in question mailed out to us day after day. We've moved away from TD for all merchants who are with other networks, after we've seen inexplicable drop in conversions, and those sales which do convert are unpaid for up to 6 months at a time.

This dreadful network is the worst we deal with. The August (late) payment wasn't a huge issue for us because we're so slimline on TD that there was nothing due (save the ovderdue remaining accounts who never seem to pay up!).

They never answer my support queries, the only person who did seemed to be fobbing me off because I responded to a mailout rather than going through the laughable "support ticket" system.

All the better networks respond within hours to support queries.

These guys better seriously watch out, as it currently looks like there'll be NO reason for affiliates to use them at all since they don't convert, don't get payments from their merchants when they do, then don't pay up on time. The lack of communication is the icing on the cake.

Are you (or is anyone) overdue on Zavvi. I know they moved to another network but the payment is still showing as outstanding on the td website. Are they ever going to chase it now?

I am having lots of problems with there support. At first there support was great. But i have an invoice that has not cleared yet from provident. I have emailed them man of times about this and there is 1 more day till it can get paid before the monthly payment goes out. They never respond for some reason now they all of a sudden ignore my emails for help. I have gotten one email back saying there looking into it. I was just hoping since the email says support in the address i could get a little support. Not the run around that they are giving me and i see according to some posts many other affiliates.
