Does anyone know what is happening on the Tradedoubler helpdesk? The site says " please do not hesitate to contact your local TradeDoubler support." I asked thelp on tracking the growing number of referrer errors on some of my affiliate ads. The site says:
Thank you for your request, we will get back to as soon as possible!
A week later no response. So I filled in the support form again.
Thank you for your request, we will get back to as soon as possible!
My third time of trying today
Thank you for your request, we will get back to as soon as possible!
I wonder what that exclamation mark means!
Try phoning - they seem to be allergic to email

I had similar probs, my solution was to change networks

My experience is they do respond if not straight away.
Hi Archimedes,
Apologies for the lateness of the reply.
Would you be able to tell me which programs and/or affiliates you are having difficulties with? I'll then be able to direct your query to the appropriate department.
Regards
Matt
Yes, I am experiencing the same. I issued a ticket on 26June but as of 13 July, no reply from them![]()
Hi Intel,
Your query regarding your untracked sale has been forwarded to our untracked sales team. They will get back to you as soon as possible. I apologise for the lack of an acknowledgment when you sent us your original request for help.
Regards
tdMatt
Saounds oh so familiar.....Most of the time we don't pursue the commissions with TD because of the lack of support. On the plus side the tracking is very very good, but TD let themselves down with inactive email addresses and lack of communication.
Come on guys this is the 21st century...communication is key

I emailed Matt with my referrer error problems a week ago as requested. Still no response. I've mailed the helpdesk again only to get the same lack of response
Thank you for your request, we will get back to as soon as possible!
Oh no you won't. You have told me this four times now and still nothing. What an outfit. Both CJ and AffiliateFuture reply within hours to queries and are the most helpful guys. TradeDoubler's help desk is like an open drain. I'll give them to the end of the month and the ads come off my sites for good. I don't think I'm the only one to have had enough of them.
This is par for the course with TD - By far the worst customer support of all the companies i deal with
Hi Archimedes,
Can you tell me the ticket number you received after you sent off your request to our help centre?
tdMatt
Some of the Staff literally promise stuff AND NEVER live up to it.
Only until you email someone helpful and they do it.
I got this today - 16 days after may original request for help on tracking errors
Sorry for the dealy in getting back to you I have been on annual leave.
I have sent your query to the tech responisble for JV as I do not knwo why this is happening.
I live in hope
Day 21 and still waiting for help on my tracking errors. I've made 8 posts to the helpdesk and two posts through this forum and got two tickets. As for the help so far - zilch. No, sorry, I've had this
Thank you for your request, we will get back to as soon as possible!
Could TD run a competition for the most requests for help before doing anything? I've taken the offending merchant of my site now so no sales from me. I've also emailed the merchant to tell them what a terrific bunch they are at TD. Let's hope it loses them (TD) some trade - they have certainly cost me in time, trouble, patience and commission. What jerks.
I would not worry about tracking errors that appear in that error report. As long as the tracking id your using has been verified to a site and you are accepted onto the program + you are sure you are not playing foul of their T and C all sales and clicks are still tracked even though it appears in the error report and you will get commission.
The error report I believe is there for a tool for you as an affiliate so you can see if others are using your links or you have the link on the wrong site rather than to deny any transactions that may appear if the error has been produced.
I have a few links that are on the wron domain and appear as tracking errors - but they still track sales.
