A survivor personality is a winning personality that longs to win in the long-term, within the big picture and not one that looks only to succeed within individual moments.

Why do big brand names put restrictions on PPC keyword bids?

    Could be a few reasons.

So they can have the top bid on their brand name, for the minimum cost.

So they can "protect" their brand image.
Merchants might think that if a nasty looking affiliate site is the top search result it will damage their image.

    Thanks for posting this Zaq.

If you guys have any questions regarding this program then please post them here or contact me via halifaxpartners@esure.com. (Sorry, would post my email here but don't want to receive the spam) I'll try my best to reply as soon as possible.

Please apply to the program over the next couple of days if you can. We'll go through all of your application on Monday.

Pitboss - Most big brands are spending on above the line activity and have effective SEM strategies in place. Wouldn't it be pointless to pay out per policy via an affiliate program if it's traffic the brand would have received anyway? Protecting the brand is also important.

Get in touch if you need anything.

Forgot to mention. I can now publish stats on the esure program and send the info round as part of the next newsletter. Is this something you would be interested in having? If so what kind of info/ stats would you like to have? average conversion rate, average commission earned per click? Would this help? Let me know.

    Have a good weekend!

    Chris
