Anyone care to comment ?
Hi,
With spring approaching, we are really keen to start pusing Crocus.co.uk again, but there are a couple of issues with the product feed.
Firstly, virtually all of the garden furniture sets are missing from the feed.
Secondly, the categorisation is terrible - just split into home or garden which makes (for example) mapping all the different types of plant, seeds and home items very difficult if not impossible.
Please can someone look into getting the feed sorted, so that both affiliates and Crocus can make the most of this spring/summer.
Thanks,
Steer

Hello Steerpike,
Thank you for your comments and apoliges for the delay in repsonse.
I have been speaking with the Crocus account manager and the member of technical staff responsible.
Having investigated their feed we can state that there is no greater depth in product feed mapping than the categories currently available.
Products currently in the feed have been correctly mapped, but unfortunately there is no function to map products down to individual types of plants, as you can appreciate this would be an expansive task.
We have also looked at how regularly Crocus have been updating their feed. This has occured 10 times during since the 11th of January, with a total of 261 product details updated. We can conclude from this that any products not featured in the feed, have been left out through Crocus own decision.
If you would like to request any addition of products to the feed, we would be happy to take your suggestions to Crocus. Please send these suggestions to response.team.uk@tradedoubler.com.

Hi Matt,
Thanks for getting back to me.
I seem to remember (going back some years) that the feed used to include Crocus's own categories as well as mapped ones. It would be useful if these could be in there somewhere.
Hi Steerpike,
Thank you for your reply. I will pass this on to the Crocus account manager and request she mention it to Crocus.
Regards
