What are the rules with Tradedoubler? Is the affiliate free to contact the merchant directly and can the merchant also contact the affiliate directly or do they need to go through Tradedoubler?

As a merchant you can access the name and email address of every affiliate who joins your program. I frequently email affiliates who have joined our program.

As an affiliate, it is up to the merchant as to how available they make themselves to affiliates. (Some are either too busy or they like to hide in the safety of their corporate brand - and watch from afar).

Hi ya

It depends if TD are running rhe merchants affiliate program. I thought that most programs had a contact email address.
I answer emails as quickly as possible. I get impatient when emails are not answered promptly and I suspect it would be the case for most affiliates.
