It worked for me when I tried it about 5 days ago
A friend ask me me to recommend some good offers which are available on the net just now as she is doing her christmas shopping.
I recommended the J Lewis £10 off when you spend £20 offer she tried it but came back to me saying they had not sent her the promotional code.
I tried it myself a few times first yesterday then again today but I did not receive the promotional code either.
I just started pushing this offer over the last couple of days and have been surprised with the poor response to it. The link works fine it takes you to the correct John Lewis page but I didnt think to try applying for the offer myself until this was brought to my attention.
The link to the offer was using the 468x60 banner. Has anyone else noticed this. The offer is supposed to be valid until 7th Dec or did i miss something and the offer has stopped.

Worked for me yesterday, although my code expires on Nov 19th...
Haven't tried it myself yet but is it one voucher per person or is it a voucher per order?
In the Terms & Conditions of this Promotional Offer it says:Originally posted by kbudden

This offer can only be used once per customer.

Thought I was going crazy - told loads of folk about the spend £20 get £10 off and my sister did, got the code but never had the £10 refund - then noticed that the Banner has changed to 'Spend £50 get £10 off'.
Just waiting to hear what JL's response is to my sister who is querying this - as she also received an email with the original offer which she is forwarding on to me.
I had a few orders originally then they dried up, obviously when they changed the banner!! - very naughty.

I successfully used a John Lewis "£10 off when you order £20" voucher on Wednesday and the goods arrived on Friday. The voucher we currently display at retrolink.co.uk expires on Dec 19th (give or take a few days as I can't quite remember).
The key to all vouchers like this is to confirm that the discount gets applied to your basket after entering your promotional code. If no discount is applied then something is wrong.
Our promotional codes and discount vouchers pages are two of the most popular pages on our site but they take a lot of work to keep up to date. A quick trawl of the popular freebie sites usually turns up an overview of the latest promo codes and discount vouchers - although some won't work and others are for personal use only.
As retrolink said check to see if the basket updates BUT bear in mind for some stores, specifically M&S (10% discount code) the discount only shows up in the confirmation email - we usually highlight this on site.

just checked the above - it's also reverted to spend £50 get £10 off - like someone said it seems as though we - the affiliates - are trying to con the customers!!
Not happy at all with this.

We are certainly not trying to 'Con' our customers but our links are continuously being updated and it does appear that we are having some problems with some old pages being cached.
The offer we have been displaying has recently changed from 'spend £20 get £10 off' to 'spend £50 get £10 off' and unfortunately it seems as you though you were viewing a page that may have had the old cached content.
We cannot see the same problem now but will certainly be keeping an eye on it in the future.
