November Payment Update

Hello all,

many of you are angry over the issues regarding this months TradeDoubler payment.

Hannah Shoesmith, the UK office manager, has been speaking with the accounts department in Sweden all morning to resolve this.

TradeDoubler initially were unable to confirm payments from some advertisers on Friday - the cut off date. Since Friday we have received confirmation of payment from 30-40 advertisers.

Some of you will have noticed that the payment issued this morning has now been reversed.

Sweden are regenerating the affiliate payment tonight to reflect the initially unconfirmed advertiser payments, which, in turn will be reflected in your payment reports tomorrow.

I hope this clears up the situation, and TradeDoubler apologise to all our affiliates whose Monday morning did not need this extra headache.

I apologise for being angry - just caught me on a day when my hosts are being a pain in the backside (could you send me some plasters too - think they'll need them!)
