    This aint good enough !;

I am very sorry to say that because BT Mobile failed to pay their
invoice on time this month that your payment was not made.

You can expect a payment for £80.00 in January.

    Kind Regards,

    Nick Roveta"

Not good enough, not good enough at all !!. I say boycott
TD until they pay ON TIME. It is their responsibility to ensure
    payments.

You can hardly blame TD if BT Mobile don't pay ontime.

We keep seing these forums used to slag of the networks and other affiliate programs, including that from some seniour members.

We've seen threads have a complete changed of topic because DGM do not pay on time for example. This is not constuctive.

We should, rightly be voicing our concens. But using our weight in a constructive manner for change. I'm sure the networks will be more receptive and they would contribute more if they were less open to this abuse.

I think it is fair to voice concerns publically when sales haven't even been authorised for payment after 2 or 3 months (DGM Pending Saga), or payment is extended over many months.

However a few invoices not being paid on time is just a fact of life. All businesses need to manage their cashflow sensibly and that includes affilliates.

I totally agree, What are the networks there for?
What do the networks do to earn their 30% override???
If it isn't their duty to make sure we get paid smoothly and effectively then why even bother? We might as well just work directly with merchants.
I've been paid LESS THAN 30% OF WHAT I'M DUE THIS MONTH WHICH IS UNACCEPTABLE!
    888Casino On Net DIDN'T PAY!
    AskaPrice.co.uk DIDN'T PAY!
    Consumer Lifestyles DIDN'T PAY!
    Dial4aloan.com DIDN'T PAY!
Family Assurance Junior Bond DIDN'T PAY!
    Flipside DIDN'T PAY!
    GM Platinum Card DIDN'T PAY!
    Goldfish DIDN'T PAY!
    Lotto24 DIDN'T PAY!
    TIMISSIMO DIDN'T PAY!
    V Two One DIDN'T PAY!
    thedailydraw.com DIDN'T PAY!
    yescarcredit.net DIDN'T PAY!

You would expect a company the size of tradedoubler to have a slightly more efficient accounts department, that money SHOULD have been paid, and it's not the first time this has happened.
So I have already removed all Tradedoubler links until they kick their accounts department into shape!

Blaming the merchants is a load of rubbish, an affiliate network is meant to make our lives easier, but we're relying on them to send invoices on our behalf and they're clearly not doing a very good job of it.

Family Assurance Junior Bond were NOT EVEN CONTACTED ONCE to remind them to make payments.

Once is ok, but this is it, i've praised tradedoubler in the past but now they've let me down too many times, so I will be keeping an eye on the forum and when it looks like the situation with tradedoubler is improving i might rejoin them. If it was only a few hundred pounds it wouldn't be so bad, but we alone have been under paid by thousands!

I have to agree. I don't complain about much but late payment month after month does become very waring. Like CMG says, the networks are a conduit whereby their service is soley to make the unison of affiliates and merchants that much easier. This of course extends itself to payment the most important activity of all. Merchants only have to pay one invoice, imagine the accounting involved if they had to pay each of us individually although some independents manage to do this month after month without fail!!!

The affiliate, I am sad to say, is very much the runt of the litter when it comes to being paid. The majority are indivuduals, not companies, they do not have a cash flow to manage except for the mortgage, the rent, the food on the table etc. Afterall, merchants get their money up front (in most cases) through a direct sale so that's money in the pot straight away! And as far as TD goes, geees they already give 60 days credit which is above average by many business standards so payment delays after that length of credit are really taking the p*ss!!!
    I want that one...

You'll have less weight than Tradedoubler with working with the merchants directly. You'd be just as likely (or even less likely) to be paid on time. Indeed I've had to wait 9 months for payment directly from a huge gambling corporation (one which many of you are working with directly via a network).

I'd concur with everything aclarke656 states. This is a risk of any business.

It's not constructive to slate anyone directly on a public forum. It doesn't encourage the networks / merchants involvement, somthing which we'd all benefit from. If you have issues with anyone you should take them up privately.

Do what you gotta do mate.

I have already documented my thoughts on TD and I can pretty much do without them from now on and I have already suggested that they can keep the money they owe me. The Yes-Car-Credit fiasco (which has gone on for months now) is ridiculous again as I have already stated thatI get paid well on time with as part of the excellent DGM network.

If DGM can pay on time then why not TD for the same merchant?
