Hi,

many of you have noticed that TradeDoubler have changed their login and forgotten password procedure. The majority of you were registered before the update, but it can affect your access to the site so please read the following:

We now have a unique username field for new users. Existing users, your username is your current email address. We now store 2 unique fields, email and username, for each account.

If you change your email address under "edit information" you are changing the address that TradeDoubler emails are sent to.

The old email address is still your username so please keep a note of it.

If you now change your email address you are not changing your login.

If you forget your password please enter the email address you have entered under "edit information". The system will automatically send a unique link to that email address to reset your password.

I apologise for the confusion this has caused for some of you and hope this explanation clarifies the new procedures.
