Thanks Dynamoo as our average reversals rate was in the middle of the range you've described I was particularly surprised by Neko's original message.

It would appear there has been a problem that has affected Neko's sales, so I'm keen to resolve this and pay any commissions that may be due.

I firmly believe improvements we are currently making will shortly see our reversals rate dropping below the 40% level you regard as very good.

I'm also puzzled by your comment about Product Linking as I'm not aware of any reasons why you should have had any problems with this, in fact a number of changes we've made to how products are displayed on the site should have made this a lot easier.

One problem that *can* happen from the affiliate site is that suddenly you're attracting the wrong sort of traffic - maybe non-UK traffic. There's not always a lot you can do about that, but sometimes it's worth just checking how the clicks are getting there.

None UK traffic in my case is extremely doubtful, as my sign up process filters all none UK residents out, and those who do get through realise that the service we provide is of no benefit to them, and leave.
