With TD they normally just update your account to a different segment automatically (merchant may do it?).
If you are in a 'special' segment it will appear in bold on you 'already joined' page.

Some TD merchants offer a tiered commission structure (ie we'll pay you twice the amount per sale if you can sell more than 10 widgets in a month). If you do reach those thresholds, do you know how the extra amount is added on to your account?
Was just wondering whether the info is immediately updated online, or whether you receive the additional money as a 'bonus' at the end of the month (as I believe is the case on CJ).
Thanks in advance

If it's a bonus rather than an upgrade then it gets added after the month end 'when they remember' to do it.
It doesn't seem to be automatic - if it doesn't show on your account balance as a bonus by say the 20th following the month end then email them.
Hope that helps.
Thanks to you both - hopefully it'll show in the next couple of weeks or so then.
Account managers at TD do it. Like the very helpful Claire does the Ebookers bonuses around 5th of the following month. Its a good idea to strike up a good relationship with the account managers of your most profitable merchants.
A big thumbs up for Claire following our chat on Friday night! Reminds me - Avis need to push them![]()
Do you have products for review on my chocolate reviews or Easter eggs blog?s PM me.

Yeah, Claire is a star.
I don't work with her personally but another member of our team can't speak highly enough of her - always responsive and helpful.
Of course, it always depends if the she looks after the merchant you deal with! At TD, merchants are allocated to specific managers, one of which is Claire.
Just to give some positive feedback to another member of TD: I've found that Liz (another of their account managers) is also very helpful and quick to respond to queries.
I think we'd all agree that it's great when the networks are responsive - some other networks could learn a bit from TD right now I feel.
Just to carry on the name dropping in praise of TD - Nick has been a great help with a number of different queries over the last few months.

Since we all sound like we are on a positive vibe today, I have to say Liz and Nick are great assets to TD. Very helpful, not had so many dealings with Claire but the ones I have, have been good.
By the way there is plenty of people behind the scenes that won’t ever get credit for what they do as we just don’t know them but for the public face(s) of TD, the people we as affiliates deal with day to day I think it’s easy to see when someone is trying harder then the others that it’s just a job for and that makes a huge difference, just hope they are paid well for the extra mile they go.
Only really had dealings with Nick, but he's always been extremely helpful/friendly - gets a thumbs up from me!
Yes Nick is always helpful.
Yep he has been great help here too, in fact the support at TD overall has been brilliant for me, it's great to be able to say something nice about a network!Nick has been a great help with a number of different queries over the last few months.
