Just wondered if anyone knows what ever happened to the Dell Outlet program? I remember last year receiving an email telling me that they where stopping the program which paid 10p per click if i recall correctly and they where going to bring the program back in the near future but paying a % commission instead of the 10p per click.
On the dell info page on
TD it doesnt mention dell outlet in the commission structure table or anywhere else on TDs site as far as i can see.
Maybe we do get commission from outlet sales but not as far as i can see. I
am sure of this as i know i have generated sales in the dell outlet 1 sale being a purchase i made personally and i received no commission for this sale (and did not expect to receive commission for this sale as i dont recall receiving an email saying we do receive comm. for outlet sales but used my own link to verify that we dont get comm for outlet sales). So if anyone knows if we are supposed to get commission for outlet sales please let me know as i would certainly promote it if we did.
It does however state clearly on TDs Dell Info page:
Earn Fees for Each Sale Your Site Generates
Dell pays you 2% on all qualified e-orders generated directly from links on your site - not just new Dell customers.
On Dells site the drop down menus for desktops and notebooks have links to dell outlet so i
am positive we are generating sales in the outlet but are we receiving commission for them? The way TDs info page reads to me we should be receiving commission for them.
Sorry if i have missed a previous email from
TD/Dell telling us the situation with dell outlet but i dont like to think i
am generating sales for dell and not receiving commission for it. Of course
TD would be losing money as well so i would assume if we are not receiving commission for dell outlet sales
TD would have spotted this and challenged dell to why they are making money off free traffic supplied by
TD links, wouldnt they??
Will.
