International Publishers are not getting payments since last few months due to increased security levels to match the industry standards. I see this as a growing problem with no immediate solution in sight in the near future. TD's technical teams are giving different explanations to the problem. According to Swedish technical team - it is because of increased security levels, international publishers (those having bank accounts out of UK or EU) without valid VAT No are not getting payments.
Another techie pointed out that instead of leaving the VAT field blank, just put N/A and payment will go through (even than payment failed with message 'unable to apply'). One of the techie pointed out that receiving bank does not accept particular currency (Norwegian Krones in this matter) thats why payment was not successful. Hope payments will be smooth this Tuesday for International Publishers!
