Hi,

I've just discovered that our 'membership' of the Viking Direct programme on TD has 'ended'. I sent an email to the contact listed on the TD website and it bounced.

Who can I contact regarding the Viking Direct programme?

I raised this and was advised that the Viking Direct program is closing on Webgains (and I assume TD) and will shortly be relaunching on Affiliate Window.

Hi guys,

I've asked the agency team to get back to you on this, as the dedicated account manager for Viking Direct is on annual leave just now. As far as I'm aware, the program is not closing on TD.

In the meantime, please confirm your URL and/or site ID so we can investigate why you were denied and whether there's any room for reconsideration?

Hi all,

I can confirm 100% that Viking Direct is not closing on TD. Affiliate Window are simply the new secondary network. As mentioned above Summit Media control all approvals and should be your first point of call to discuss any issues there.
