Thanks for your email. Apologies for the misunderstanding in Connies last response to your ticket. The information returned to us by Sunny Rentals has been presented to our tech team who are currently working on a solution for you.
Unfortunately Connie is not in the office today, but I will make her aware of this ticket as soon as she returns, and ask her to contact you with an update.
