  Are you a super affiliate?

If you are, I would like to speak to you.

I manage the affiliate programs for a large number of clients, our highest paying one at the moment being Life180 loans, at £30 per application.

I am interested in knowing what the Life180 affiliate program needs in order to sign up affiliates who have the potential to generate hundreds of leads for us a month.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I feel that £30 an app is the same as if not slightly above the industry standard for a loans program.

Please let me know your thoughts on this, they would be much appreciated.

If you are interested in joining the program, all our banners direct to ww7.life180loans.co.uk/apply.php.

thanks,

Mike

as in, an affiliate who gets a lot of traffic and only entertains the idea of adding high profile, high paying, established merchants to his/her site.

Does this make things clearer?

  A little pointer

Hi Mike,

Welcome to the forum.

In my experience you will get better results if you try not to label affiliates in the "Super Affiliate" category. That may be what they are (in your opinion) but each affiliate is unique and has something different to offer.

It takes a long time to build the trust and the relationship with your affiliates.

Sounds like you think you're doing them a favour. Good affiliates will pretty quickly figure out if your program is worth promoting or not by looking at your deal, your promo tools and your web sites user experience.

You would like affiliates to review your program for you and make suggestions right? (With the end result being that you hone your program to make it more competitive)

Remember you are asking them to take about 30 mins out of their day to give you some constructive feedback. Or more to the point, free consultancy.

I may be wrong here but I think you will get better results if you approach it with a bit more of a "i'd be really grateful if any of you guys would kindly take the time to review our affiliate program"

Offer an incentive for the most useful bit of feedback maybe?

Mike I get about 100 to 150 leads to Goldfish a month, but then they convert really well, about 8% for me, could you tell me what the conversion rate is for 180Loans, I think I will give them a go anyway, but if you can give some ideas of the conversions from best to worst case scenrios that would be heplful.

I am not a super affiliate but I think if you could communicate hard honest facts on performance to date than you might get a few of them giving you a pop.

  Conversion rates

Life180 loans has only been running for a month - if i gave you a conversion rate now it would be sketchy at best.

In any case, we pay our affiliates per application, not per sale, so conversion rates are irrelevant aren't they?

Mike

The click to application rate is very relevant I would say
