Does Tradedoubler pay on time?

Been working with CJ for years and my payment was only delayed due to issue with merchant. I only received a very small payment from TD once back in Jan. I made few sales in july and going to promote a merchant this month as well.

considering we pay upfront for all the advertising, the last thing we want is no or delayed payment. If you guys are actively using TD, please lemme know your experience. If its horrible, i might ask merchant to launch elsewhere.

Edit: i forgot to add that i have been trying to reach their publisher support line for last 3-4 days, it doesn't matter what time you call, it goes to message box and accidently operator once transferred me to advertiser support and they answered. Atleast CJ answers my call during their operating hours.
