Hi,
Sorry for the delay getting back to you on this.
I can confirm the affiliate payment date is 16th September. Apologies for the confusion caused by the interface changing.
Thanks,
Tara
The payment date for September on the system originally showed 20th Sep, which is consistent with the general guide of "3rd Tuesday". It then changed to 27th Sep, which seemed late and would have meant a 6 week period since previous payment. Today it has changed again to 16th Sep (which unusually is a Friday), which is much better, but can someone please confirm this is not going to change again as I, for one, use this in terms of budgeting and planning so would be useful to have this confirmed.
Thanks

Hi Tara
Re: next weeks payment, I can see both Expedia and Lastminute.com's invoices (July) are still showing as unpaid. Are you able to find out if these are expected to be settled in time for next weeks payment run.
Cheers!
Hi Bowker,
Thanks for your post. I'll nudge the account manager to advise on this for you
Thanks,
Tara

Hi Tara
Is there an answer on this please. Still shows as unpaid and it is now the 14th.
Thanks

Thanks Sara - hopefully it will be done in time. Do you know if someone is going to provide a similar update for Expedia?
Hi Guys,
I'm currently working to get the Expedia payment with you on time.
Please contact me on the below details if you have any specific questions at this stage, but in the meantime I will update this thread once I have more information for you.
Thanks,

Email just arrived............
lastminute.com sincerely apologize for the delay regarding July payments.........
You will receive July earnings on the next payment date, 18th October 2011.
To both TD and Lastminute.com
This is a total disgrace but no surprise. Since Lastminute moved to TD a year ago more than half my payments have
been wrong, late or both. Sometimes it's TD to blame, sometimes it's Lastminute. Each one has meant wasting my time on the phone and writing emails, trying get you to sort out the problem. I believe as companies you both need to look at yourselves and decide what impression you wish to give affiliates. Affiliates can give companies pro-active help and feedback or they can waste their time each month trying to be paid. It has now got to the point, (as in this case), that we are watching for warning signs a week before cut offs, surely that makes you realise that you are not performing correctly?
What measures do you intend putting in place to sort out this ongoing probem?
Aly
ps:We don't look at this as a delay, it's a non-payment, a delay is when something is paid late in it's payment period, not in the next one.
