Is anyone else constantly receiving the following message when trying to do almost anything within the TradeDoubler interface?
An error has occurred
Internal error occurred
We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused. If this error persists please do not hesitate to contact your local TradeDoubler support.
Out of all the affiliate services I use for my website (I also use Aff Win, Buy.at and Affiliate Future), TradeDoubler is the one that always seems to have issues which mainly are delays of several hours on stats reporting, but over the last couple of days the interface has been virtually unusable.
It would be nice if TradeDoubler would actually update the home page of the website with any known issues as opposed to leaving affiliate in the dark, or alternatively have a 'system status' page that can be updated with known issues and when problems are expected to be resolved.

Thanks Aly, although this evening the problem is worse than ever. All day long the stats have been running around 3 hours behind and now clicking on absolutely anything is bringing up the error detailed in my first posting.
It really is very annoying when you need to pull off information from your account to find that nothing is available. It would also be nice if someone from TradeDoubler would explain what is causing this problem that is happening every day at the moment. I know I could raise a ticket with TradeDoubler support but I have found in the past that tickets often don't get replied to for a couple of months (or sometimes never with some support queries I have raised in the past).
I also have the problem of not being able to pick up any links from any program for any site.
I receive the error:
"An error has occurred
Error loading program info
We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused. If this error persists please do not hesitate to contact your local TradeDoubler support."
Very frustrating!
Broken for me too... unable to access any reports or links.
Suspect this email from TD earlier today has something to do with it:
"Tradedoubler is delighted to announce the launch of the first phase of our new publisher interface on September 6. This part of the launch will enable you to track your revenue and marketing activity more effectively, through a cleaner layout and quick links to additional information. For international publishers, the launch represents a significant usability upgrade with a single interface for managing all online marketing activity across geographies."

The new interface is awful, even basic stuff isn't working.
Earlier I logged in and the stats section was all blank.
I've just logged in to see how much I've earned today. It was easy to see on the old system because it was right there after logging in - the same as with most other affiliate networks.
Now it tells me how much I've earned in the last 24 hours instead, which is no use to me. I think in days, not in periods of the last 24 hours.
So I tried to run a report to tell me today's earnings and I got an error message.
Why do affiliate networks constantly release new interfaces that don't work, and when they do get them working are no better than the one they've replaced?
I'm not interested in seeing pretty graphs, I just want to be able to easily see the information that's important to me, and be able to access merchant info, links etc in an intuitive way.
Well now not only am I still getting the error message detailed in my opening post, I now no longer have access to the "program directory".
I was looking for this earlier and a friend who runs a website who also uses TradeDoubler told me that it is located in "Statistics > More Reports" (goodness knows why the program directory is under statistics), however I do not have a program directory in this menu on my account.
There is an old saying "You stick lipstick on a pig... it's still a pig" which seems quite apt for the new interface.

Thanks for your feedback - I have passed your suggestion on to the rest of the product team, as I agree that a 'system status' page would indeed save a lot of bother on both sides
With regard to the 'an error has occurred' issues; this is a general database issue (not related to the new user homepage release) that we hope to have fixed soon.

Please bring back the old quick functions there were on the dashboard - specifically Earnings Today, Yesterday, This Month and Last Month. That big graph and pretty slider just give useless information. Thanks

Thanks for the reply. Is the database issue also the reason why stats seem to have stopped updating every day at 10:10 BST (11:10 ECT) since last Friday? You can almost set your watch by the time that stats stop updating at the moment.
Or at the very least, please make it so that the slider remembers the option you have chosen the next time you sign in. I always had the home page setup to show me how much I had accrued in the calendar month, now seeing the last 7 days isn't helpful as at the beginning of the month you have overspill from the previous month. Whilst it isn't a major issue, it would be nice if a cookie or something could be used to store your slider selection.
