Hi TD
Re buttons for Ads - Stats - Account - Help.
None of these are working
Aly
why oh why have they done this?
I was certainly happy with the old interface.
This one nothing works
Bring back what we had - it was intuitive and we knew what was going on
I thought this was supposed to make things easier!?
All I've done is fight against the interface to try and do the simplest of things :-(
At least I've managed to get links today, so in that sense it's better than yesterday, but...
Ok, I noticed tradedoubler.com was in my Compatability View settings, I removed it and all the menus are working now.
Apparantly there are some issues with IE8 version 8.0.6
Hate the drop down menus though, also the big graph wasting space - just looks like a poor clone of the AW/Darwin dashboard (which I also hate!)
Cheers
Aly
Hi everyone,
Firstly my apologies for the delay in response; I have been trying to get my forum account approved so that I can reply to your posts!
We appreciate the constructive criticism shared so far, and welcome your feedback.
Whilst many of us TD-ers do our best to keep an eye on the forums, I am sure that the Product Team would also welcome your emails directly: you are encouraged to feed back your suggestions and concerns to on.feedback @ tradedoubler.com .
In the meantime, I'd like to reassure you that our development teams have been working very hard at bug fixing and are aware of the feedback shared via A4I Forums thus far.
May I take this opportunity to highlight that certain 'bugs' can be resolved by clearing your cookies and/or updating your browser to the latest version.
Lastly, in case it is useful, a link to the updated user manual can be found here (Ctrl+f compatible for easy searching) A little more info about the changes that we have made to the publisher interface (plus future plans) can be found here (again, ctrl+f compatible for easy searching)
Best wishes,
Hannah
Are these documents in the last paragraph accessible from within TD as clicking on them from the links above just displays "session timeout please login again" even though I am logged in. Clearing down cookies doesn't resolve it either.
Thanks
