Missing Commission Field on Breakdown Report

Unless I'm mistaken, the Event Breakdown report now doesn't include the commission earned for each transaction, surely this is the most important field to be included.

This only seems to have started today, so hopefully is not intentional.

This is an error which the HQ tech team are currently working on a fix for.
We will update you when everything is back to normal again.

Thank God for that, I nearly had a heart attack when I saw all zeros on screen a few minutes ago. I thought all my commissions for the whole month had suddenly wiped out!

It's not just the Event Breakdown report, it is also the Program Overview report that is missing the commission earned.

Hi barneyboy,yes having the same problem,no commision showing for 11th,12th,and today so far,just looked at events stats,shows all events with a "p" i think this means pending,until they fix the problem,not sure though???
