Thread: When will the TD Interface be Available?

    I haven't been able to login to TD since 10pm last night.
    It states it's unavailable due to scheduled maintenance but I don't remember receiving any notification of this.
    Unless I've missed a communication, please could we be notified in advance like other networks do.

    Hi,

    There was maintanence scheduled for the early ours of today and it is taking a bit longer then expected. Our Tech Team is working on this as an urgent matter.

    Thanks for the update Natalie, as stated above I didn't see any notification either - is there a standard maintenance window that we should know for future reference?

    Typically we do not send out communication since we try and schedule maintenance on GMT & CET out of office hours.
