does anyone know if tradedoubler can deliver regional specific advertising based upon the users IP address? i.e. UK vs USA?

If not, does anyone know any affiliate schemes that do? ive heard adclick might...

We'd rather stick with UK traffic but the nature of the web being what it is one can't always guarantee where links come from.

Perhaps it is best to set up seperate domains to cater for regional traffic and join affiliate schemes in different countries.
