I've signed up to these programmes but I cannot access any product feeds. When I go to the product feed export it states they both have 0 products with a red indicator. Apparently they were last modified 4/5/11....
I have emailed support who initially replied "they both have product feeds" but I have not heard back from my reply to this.

I've since received an email from support saying the feeds have exceeded their maximum size and the merchants have been informed... So it appears they are dealing with this. Thanks.
