My TD account shows no payment issued today. Normally it is processed overnight and is showing as sent by now?

Can anyone else see a payment sent for today (22nd Nov)?

'Incorrect commissions for untracked sales (NC 07/04/10)'

We've had £15.50 taken off and have no idea what for. Surely this can't really date back to April 2010?
