    Hi Guys

    I might well be jumping the gun a little but having just checked our account I noticed there are an unusually high number of merchants who have still not paid their October invoice yet. The next payment is a week and a bit away but normally most are paid well before now. It seems to span most categories but travel seems to be the most obvious area with expedia, lastminute, thomas cook etc all being in red for a week or so now.

    Can someone from TD just check and provide some reassurance that these will/are being processed in time to be included in the payment run on 20th.

    Hi Natalie

    Thanks for your response. It was really the big travel sites ie expedia, thomas cook, lastminute that I wanted clarity on as they normally dont take this long. As there were a number of others as well, I thought maybe there was a generic issue with processing invoices across the board and wanted to check. I will keep an eye on it and if they remain unpaid next week I will chase it up with the account managers in question, and hopefully there will be enough time left to resolve it.
