Anyone else having problems with payment from Wallis.
Waiting on payments that were due from as far back as September.
Have seen they are leaving Tradedoubler and wonder if there is a connection.
And before you ask yes I have asked TD and haven't received a response!

Had no response or acknowledgement from response team and still had no payment approved.
Payment date tomorrow looks like nothing going to happen, unless you can prove me wrong!
Can't think of why these haven't been paid from so long ago.

I apologise for the delay you are experiencing with the payments however Wallis have been notified and are looking to process payments as soon as possible.

Please also rest assured that you will be paid any due commissions although you have rightly stated that Wallis will be closing via TD.

Thanks for replying but I am starting to get a little frustrated with this issue because what I am talking about is sales that Wallis received payment for more than half a year ago.
So frankly I aren't resting assured that everyone is on the ball when it comes to this issue.
I have asked via this thread if anyone has a contact at Wallis to discuss this with, I have emailed support outling all the information I have been asked to supply.
And what have I recieved in reply "rest assured" and erratic weekly updates of what I should be promoting for them.
Can you send me the notifications that you have sent?
Can you confirm that the payment for ALL due payments for Wallis i.e those due for payment (hence they are marked as RED in the account balance) from September, October, November and December are going to be paid THIS MONTH not some rest assured point in the future.
I would like a response to these more than reasonable questions by Tuesday of next week please otherwise I will email every single email address on the corporate Arcadia website including those of Sir Philip Green and his wife Lady Green and Baron Grabiner asking for clarification as to why this has happened.
Would you agree that is reasonable?
