    I just wanted to check if anyone actually works in Tradedoubler support? Why do I ask, well...

    I sent a missing commission query via the Tradedoubler website with all the details they required (as stipulated in the site FAQs) on Tuesday, December 6th 2011 - I have yet to receive a response.

    I followed this up with a tweet to @tradedoubler_UK on both the 8th/9th December (or thereabouts) asking if someone could look at it - I have yet to receive a response.

    In desperation I sent an email to support.uk@tradeoubler.com on 14th December, explaining the situation and once again providing all of the necessary details. Guess what, I have yet to receive a response.

    Apart from being hugely frustrating, do I really have to resort to the use of a telephone to resolve what should be a relatively straightforward query?

    And to crown it all, I've since had another missed commission.... could someone please respond or at least acknowledge me!

    Hi pinman,

    Please could you send me your ticket number so I can double check this for you? We have had issues in the past where affiliates have not recieved our replies, but if you can send me the details I will investigate.

    Currently the team are responding to all publisher tickets sent to support.uk@tradedoubler.com well within 24 hours, so this does seem a very unusual case.
