Has anyone else who was expecting a payment from TradeDoubler not received it in their bank accounts today?

Usually, the payment run which occurs in the early hours of a Tuesday morning results in a payment in our bank account on the Friday of the same week, however, this time it has not happened. The payment run appears to have gone through as normal (on TradeDoublers website as the balance dropped and a payment invoice produced) on Tuesday.

Sod's law though, just when you want the money before Christmas, the payment doesn't go through!!

Just out of interest, I bank with Barclays - so I am wondering if it is a Barclays problem. Are you with Barclays MarkyB?

amrob2 - i just checked and have seen exactly the same thing. Actually quite reassured to see your post actually, and know its not just me. Is it a banking delay or maybe TD didnt actually issue the payment until later in the day and therefore it might possibly take another working day so might be in Tuesday (Monday being Bank Holiday).

Maybe someone from TD can check and see if the payment was processed later in the day than normal for some reason.

Thing is Jules, as it is a long bank holiday weekend, TD should make sure that the payment run GOES THROUGH CORRECTLY or at least have the decency to pre-warn us of a delay.

We now will not see our money until WEDNESDAY AT THE EARLIEST - that is of course, providing that nothing has gone seriously wrong at TD's end!

Hi were with Bank of Scotland.

I have just raised a ticket on Tradedoubler, might be an idea if we all do it to make sure they sit up and take notice to get it checked!

amrob2 - agreed there are a lot of things Tradedoubler SHOULD do - like make sure merchants have paid their invoices. But that doesnt happen either so my guess is they processed it later in the day and missed the cut off point for going in the bank today.

Bet you don't get any reply to your support ticket until at least the new year MarkyB!

My payment is only around £180, which is nothing compared to some TD users payments, but we all have bills that need to be paid. It is pointless me raising a ticket because I never receive any replies. I may instead bombard the inboxes of several TD staff with a link to this thread and try to encourage them to make a posting.

Ok, I have just sent the following message to several TD staff:

    Hello

Please see this thread over on the A4U forums:

    No December Payment Received Today

It appears that nobody has received their December payments which were due today and we would like an explanation as to what is going on. I bank with Barclays, there are Halifax and Bank of Scotland customers who have also not received their payments.

Please view the above thread and provide an update TODAY as to what is going on and to explain the delay.

I would raise a support ticket, but I am one of the few people who never actually receive support ticket replies even though you email them out - hence this bucket email to several of you.

    Regards
Hopefully, some of them will be working today and will provide a response!!!

I've never noticed a pattern of Friday payments to be honest but then I've never looked for a pattern. Most of the time I receive the payment within 7 calendar days of the invoice date so I'd expect to see it before Tuesday. The bank holiday may throw that so my guess would be no later than next Thursday.

If it hadn't arrived by next Thursday that's the point I would become concerned, not 3 days after the invoice date.

    Hi Tara

Thanks for replying. If you saw my email (in the post directly above yours) in your TD inbox, then you will already have my site username. I cannot email support as I never receive their replies (as we have discussed privately on another issue).

It would be appreciated if you could get an update to us today, seeing as it is a long holiday weekend we don't want to be worrying about this when we should be busy getting sozzled and stuffing ourselves with tonnes of food
