Thread: Anyone else receiving errors when trying to pull reports on the TradeDoubler website?

    I will email this to TradeDoubler support, but as I never receive any replies from their email account (Even though they do send them!) I am flagging this up on here, so that hopefully someone at TradeDoubler will see it and check with support and report back via this thread as to what is going on.

    I just logged into my TradeDoubler account and I tried to pull a "Event Breakdown Report" which gives you a blow by blow account of all transactions via your links, except it isn't working and instead the following message is displayed:

    An error has occurred
    com.tradedoubler.report.exception.ReportException: com.tradedoubler.report.exception.ReportException: Error executing report
    We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused. If this error persists please do not hesitate to contact your local TradeDoubler support.
    Please let all TradeDoubler users know via this thread that this is being investigated and will be fixed as soon as possible.

    Hi amrob2,

    There have been issues with event breakdown report this morning, which the tech team are already investigating. We'll be sure to update you once we have more info, or as soon as its resolved.

    Regarding the ticket responses not getting through, our IT team can help with this via direct email. I believe this is already being take care of

    Many thanks for the quick reply

    I know you have limited access to your emails today, as I copied you in on the message to support as well as sending a copy to "Adam" whom you emailed me about a couple of weeks ago regarding the non-receipt of messages problem. Hopefully we will be able to resolve the non-receipt of support messages issue now that Adam is onboard
