Does anyone have contact details for the Affiliate Manager at Avis.
After 2 years of sending traffic and sales virtually every day I suddenly get an email informing me that my application has been put on hold. Can see absolutely no reason for this as the site is up and running perfectly and I have not made any fresh application to them. And no am not bidding on their keywords!!
The email received suggested if I was not sure about the reason I should check the relevant Avis FAQ page - but of course there is nothing there whatsover...DUH!!!!
All I can think is that a mistake has been made by some numbnuts at Avis lazily playing with their backend - don't mean literally (but maybe I do)...
Of course the Avis banner says it all "Avis....we try harder"...oh yeah - harder than what...?????
In the real world I would likw to contact them to point out their error .........but of course TD don't make those details available (of course a major failing of the TD system), and relevant contact details are not available on the Avis website.
Can anyone assist?
Also can anyone reccomend any other GOOD car rental programs?
Thanks for any assistance offered.....

I've the same hump with Flipside, I asked TD to contact them to move me up a tier..... a response from TD yes but from there on nothing, then I sent an e-mail using their contact e-mail on their website.... no response but the annoying thing was it was read.
Last year or at some point in the past, they advertised that they were changing tiers for everyone, so foolish me seeing that a gambling progam that was laughable in that it paid 5p per visitor and still does, had decided to gain some respect and offer just reward for clients, low and behold they got it all wrong and whilst I started advertising it for a day expecting all the sign up fees to come to fruition, I ended up with the grand total of £2 instead of a couple of hundred quid..
From then on I thought bugger 'em if that's how they're going to treat me and others so never went near them, however I've had a change of heart but it would seem they still have the same disrespect.
I get fed up with merchants who take the mickey, there's been no word on the MidasPlayer cock up, but hopefully it's been corrected - I don't like being burned twice and Samsung didn't even give an apology the last time their offering was down. I wasn't fussed about remuneration as I received a healthy slice the last time it all went down and didn't report.
Is Flipside worth bothering about and did anyone get anywhere with the MidasPlayer downtime? I might delete this in the morning but I'm hot and botheredsome merchants need to learn a little respect, including it would seem, AVIS.
Toby, ebookers have recently launched a new car hire brand (carbookers) of which there is a white label version on the ebookers.com site. Any car hire sale up to 8th Jul earn £10.50. After that there will be tiered commission as follows:
1-25 sales per month £8.50
26-50 £9.50
51+ £10.50

Thanks y'all for your help and suggestions.
Am pleased to say that Nick and Clair at TD respoded immediately to a phone call to them today and sorted the problem for me - thanks heaps guys for the immediate assistance, you did TD proud!
Turned out it was one of our own screw ups - I'm not to proud to admit we make mistakesThats what happens when you send Stelios traffic accidentally to Avis - i guess Steey the Belly just didn't see the funny side of it - always said that I reckoned EasyJet would have been better off being run by Billy Connelly....
...now to give some of your car rental reccomendations a go!

Also a fact that gets forgotten by many merchants, our cookies are multi use, ie if a customers rents 5 cars in the 90 day period we pay you for all 5. Almost all other affiliate schemes I believe only pay for the first sale.
