  Lightbulb Great News for DealTime Affiliates

Dear Affiliates,

Great news, Dealtime has moved to Daily Batching

Dealtime is now batching Leads data on a daily basis, so you no longer have to wait for your statistics! Dealtime pays up to 12.5p for each lead with a 7-day cookie and Recurring Events.

Remember that DealTime offers a 7 day cookie and rates of up to 12.5p, this means that many DealTime affiliates are getting multiple leads from one click .

E.g. If a user clicks through to DealTime via one of your links and generates a lead and then a few days later goes directly to the DealTime site and generates another lead you will get revenue for 2 leads.

This means that if you have reached the 12.5p per lead threshold, you would earn 25p from for this user. This is higher than any other shopping comparison affiliate programme

Affiliates can join through TradeDoubler by using the following link:
http://www.tradedoubler.com/pan/prog...ogram_id=17561

If you have any questions please feel free to email me or post a question on this thread.

Also any feedback about the programme would be much appreciated.

Thanks,

Laurent

what time they get batched at?

I have a shopping search thingy, then at the bottom you can search for better prices on ... Kelkoo dealtime etc, kelkoo performs quite well actually, but deal time just... doesn't.

So yesterday I thought id try it, clicked through to deal time and then on to an advertiser. nothings shown yet so is everything okay?

Dan

Hi Dan,

Our lead report is batched automatically to TradeDoubler at 3 am every morning, TradeDoubler then has to upload it manually, so your leads for the prvious days should hopefully appear early afternoon.

Is there any other aspect of the DealTime affiliate programme you would like to provide us with feedback on via this forum or by email?

Any feedback from other affiliates would be welcomed as well.

Thanks,

Laurent

Hi Laurent

I have my own price comparison site - do you have any problem with me promoting you on our pages - i.e. something along the lines of "these are the best prices we have found but you can also look for best prices at dealtime" ?

Also

just to be clear - if someone went to your site and clicked on three different products in one visit would I receive 12.5p or 37.5p?

Thanks

Keith

ps: any news on dealtime providing a feed of your products - I know it was talked about some time ago but haven't heard anything on this for ages

  Smile DealTime performance based commission

Hi Keith,

Dealtime Commission Structure
In response to you question, DealTime offers three different levels of commission depending on the content your site offers and the amount of traffic it generates.

We appreciate the effort you put into sending us traffic and therefore we want you to share the benefits with us.

In the initial level we will pay you 7.5p per lead. Once you exceed 1000 leads within a calendar month, we will pay you 9p for every additional lead. However, if you are able to send us more than 2,000 leads a month, we will pay you 12.5p for every additional lead.

For example:
for 5,000 leads, you will get £522.5;
for 4,500 leads, you will get £460;
for 3,500 leads, you will get £335;
for 2,500 leads, you will get £210;
for 1,000 leads, you will get £75;

To clarify - If you exceeded the 2000 leads/month threshold and someone came to the DealTime site by only clicking once on your link and clicked on three different "Buy it at" yellow buttons or merchant logos in one visit or within 7 days you would receive 37.5p

The 7 day cookie also applies to leads worth 7.5p and 9p

If you had not yet exceeded 1000 leads you would still get 7.5p per lead x 3 leads (total 22.5p) for that user

If you had not yet exceeded 2000 leads you would still get 9p per lead x 3 leads (total 27p) for that user.

The greater majority of DealTime affiliates receive up to 2 clicks and some although a few receive up to 3

Dealtime XML feed
DealTime does not currently provide product feeds to affiliates but does provide product feeds via the DealTime partner programme. Partners need to consistently meet specific traffic levels (unique impressions and leads/day) to be eligible.

Thanks,

Laurent

Over the past 3 days Ive sent you (dealtime) more UV's than Kelkoo, dont know why my visitors must just prefer your name. The numbers aren't amazing but with dealtime im making diddly squat (£0)

kelkoo's converting, and even my test lead on dealtime from a day or two ago hasn't shown?

  DealTime daily stats

Hi Dan,

Our lead report is batched automatically to TradeDoubler at 3 am every morning, TradeDoubler then has to upload it manually, so your leads for the previous days should appear early afternoon the following day.

Currently all stats for Monday and Tuesday are available, stats for yesterday will be made available by TradeDoubler hopefully by early afternoon.

If you are not seeing leads for Monday and Tuesday please PM or email me your DealTime/TradeDoubler Affiliate details and I will look into this and get back to you.

Thanks,
