Been waiting at least a week or two on TD getting back to us since Dell conversion went AWOL.

We were informed we were not the only publishers affected, for some it's business as usual since the initial hiccup and CR are normal for them. It's affecting affiliates in different ways.

But things are still not right, especially when they had a week of double commissions. Well double of nothing is still nothing.

So cos of the dragging of heels and two years of promoting Dell, we are looking for an alternative who converts well.

These problems were anticipated when they decided to move towards batch processing, and volia it has happened.

Very disappointed with the lack of communication, feedback and support from TD...I thought Dell was their flagship.
