Eurostar - tracking problem

Dear Affiliate

Due to some work undertaken on www.eurostar.com an error has occurred on the TradeDoubler tracking tag. The problem has been highlighted and will be rectified by a patch to our site on the morning of Wednesday 22nd July.

While the tracking is down we are capturing details of all sales made by our affiliates and these will be manually uploaded to your individual TradeDoubler account next Wednesday. We can guarantee that you will receive payments for all sales made while the tag is not working

We received this email on the 17th and it explained the disappearance of sales - but has anyone seen those sales being credited to their account yet as they promised, cause we have not seen anything yet!

Luke went away on holiday on Monday evening and is not back until next week

I don't think he took this into account when he wrote the original email

When I spoke to him on Monday he said all the commissions would be credited to our accounts next week

Ok - so it's Tuesday - any news of when the lost Eurostar commissions are going to be addressed......

No news so far - and I don't know about you tobyt but I suspect that Eurostar's 'fix' has actually made the problem worse

Where I was getting package sales but no ticket sales, since last wednesday morning the package sales have dried up too - are you still getting package sales showing?

Have you checked the Account Balance screen? I got some Eurostar compensation (for untracked sales) showing there which appeared yesterday.

kbudden - Looking at my last few days' stats there are sales showing for both 'eurostar planet' and 'eurostar sale'.
