Thanks for participating in our extra 1% commission promotion last month. Having reviewed our sales data, we will be putting the commission back to 7% with you, as no notable incremental sales have been driven as a result of the offer.

BUT YOU CAN STILL LOOK AT WAYS TO EARN EXTRA COMMISSION WITH US. We will be reviewing sales again in the next quarter. Those affiliates who have driven significant sales increases quarter on quarter will be selected to receive an extra 1% commission again.

SO HAVE ANOTHER GO ? WE ARE KEEN TO LOOK AT WAYS OF DRIVING REFERALLS AND VOLUME THROUGH YOU.

I just checked back and I had no email about the increase and all my July sales tracked at 7%. So a semi-snotty email for nothing!

I was going to reply, but the emails from no_reply@ext.tradedoubler.com - don't you just love being in control! So thought I'd have a little moan here.

BTW, WHSmith is one of my few TD links that was set up before the spyware debate started. Hopefully the rumor of news from CJ will have an effect in this area and hopefully force TDs hand, then I can start promoting some of the good merchants they have.

Also, thanks to everyone who was keen to talk about spyware at the g2g. Hopefully a few more people have been elightened to the problem, even if I was a bit disappointed at some of the affiliates that have ignored the issue.
