  Post Payment Clarification

Hi,

I have just spoken with our Finance Department.

Some of our publishers experienced difficulties with their most recent payment on the 23/08/04.

Although it looks like you are all receiving an early Christmas bonus payment, unfortunately only those who were affected last week will receive this payment.

Sorry for the confusion.

Kind regards,

Nick

Payment that was created yesterday now reversed and i was affected by last week's shortfall. This is becoming farcical.

Hi everyone,

if you were due a payment which has been reversed (for full details see first post on this thread) then please can you contact andreas.andreou@tradedoubler.com with your TradeDoubler username. Unfortunately, due to our payment system we do not have access to this data.

Our bank, SEB, in Sweden maintains that the account numbers and sort codes are incorrect. The account number must be 8 digits, the sort code must be 6 digits (hyphens are ok). If you bank with Lloyds please please insert a "zero" before your account number if it 7 digits.

Andy will confirm bank details manually and report back to Sweden. We are all trying to find out what is happening and TradeDoubler are as perplexed about this error as you are.

Apologies for the inconvenience and further delay.

Kind regards,

Nick

[edit to add Lloyds bank info]

Cheers Nick,
Just sent the email,

But how can SEB in Sweden say that mine/our bank details are incorrect when the monthly payment was made last week (and has cleared) which was short of what it should have been.

Sorry, but its pretty obvious that I/we have the correct bank details entered.

Hi Ste,

you're welcome.

If you received a payment last week then you were not due to receive this payment.

Thanks,

Nick

So those of us who had two payments this month and the second one subsequently reversed... what do we do?

I took the origonal post as affiliates who had recieved some but not all of August's payments, and Tradedoubler making amends for last weeks cock-up. Tradedoubler and Getting Paid do not sit well together at the moment!

Hi FleaPit,

If you received a payment in August, then you do not need to do anything.

If you did not receive a payment and yesterdays payment was also reversed then please send me your username and i will check your details.

Thanks

Andy.
