If your site is like this:

    subdomain1.maindomain.com
    subdomain2.maindomain.com
    subdomain3.maindomain.com

In my experience, you have to register each domain with TD and every single subdomain for each merchant.

hmmm not what I wanted to hear!!!

Have moved links to another merchant on a other network to avoid this problem.
Can someone confirm this is the case you need to register every sub domain.

I've got buckets of subdomains and haven't registered any of them (in fact, I haven't registered quite a few domains either)

    I can confirm this :-(

With some merchants I even have the problem subdomain-a will be accepted but subdomain-b gets rejected

I dont know why TD cant just wildcard them *.domain.co.uk
    or something.

TDs reporting system is excellent but the way they manage affiliate domains from approving sites (which can take years by some merchants) to having to list every domain is so backward and time consuming.
