    Hi everyone,

There are intermittent delays in reporting of transactions. Please note that sales always track regardless of any delays. Your reports will be updated soon.

    We apologise for this inconvenience.

    Best Regards

    Andy Andreou

I think the intermittent delays have been happening all thru the month.

I'd be interested to know if other affiliates believe that their stats are fully updated once they eventually refresh, or are people seeing unusual holes or inconsistencies.

Sales are very often delayed with TD.

I have never been convinced that no holes exist in the tracking and TD always say everything is okay (or compensation is given - not always for the full downtime however).

You can always switch to other networks with most merchants...

i have one merchant that i do a lot with on td.

i would move to another network tomorrow if i could.

the programme IS on another network but each time i ask the merchant if i can keep my tier if i move, i get no reply (he does reply to other questions in the same email).

i asked the other network about it and they just said i should contact the merchant.

    go figure, as they say.

(edit: and yes, i think there are gaps. yesterday i was down to 2% conversion from an average of about 7%)

I personally think that the sales DO track. I send many test sales within these 'non showing stats periods' and they all track.

I think TD servers are having trouble keeping up with the increase in sales within these past months. I know the number of my sales have increase dramatically.

    Just my pennies worth

Yes I see holes in the tracking. Today I had 9 sales from 00:00 to 13:00. 1 sale from 13.00 to 19.00, and then 8 sales from 19.00 to midnight.

Sales are tracked as we did some test sales with a few of the regulars here in the forum, every last sale showed up!
So no problems for me re TD tracking sales.

I'm seeing lots of inconsistancy with TD at the moment but i do believe them that the sales are being tracked.

I've had tests put through and they have tracked fine.

I think a lot of the inconsistancy is due to the time of year, some days really good, some days really bad.

There seems to be a big deep breath at the moment just before Xmas...........Mind you its payday today and the next few days for most.

Well I used to do some tests to, but I found it useless since TD never investigate missing sales and leads anyway, so I got no "proof" this time.

The same happend today, 1 sale between 10.19 and 20.38 and then 7 sales/leads.

About 75% of my traffic came in the periode when I had just 1 sale.

    Last year on Nov. 25 I had 51 leads/sales.
Today I had 13 and the clicks are down less then 10%.

There is not necessarily any corelation between traffic and sales - from my own stats at the moment I can see that the majority of sales over the last few days come from cookies planted between 5 and 9 days ago - its that time of year when people are doing lots of window shopping before deciding what and when to buy.

I'm not sure of the general concensus but from most affiliates I have spoken too currently sales are lagging behind this time last year across the board - lets all hope all those window shoppers buy online over the next 2-3 weeks
Never argue with idiots. They just drag you down to their level and then beat you with their experience.

If ignorance is bliss then some of the people I know must be orgasmic.

I am 100% confident in the TD tracking right now.

We are running dozens of test sales on a daily basis and seeing no loss. Our test sales cover every product catogory from each landing page using all providers and a variety of handsets.

The reporting does seem a little erratic right now, but does seem to catch up eventually.

I agree, there's a very strange pattern of buying at the moment. Some days can be 200% up on norm and others just awful!!!

Paydays are around now so i would expect this weekend to be the start of Xmas.....I hope!!
