    Hi all,

TradeDoubler would like to apologise for the reporting delays you have been experiencing over the last 24 hours.

The reason for the delay is due to the publisher payment process in our system. When publisher payment files are created our system locks the database which is why every month there is a slight delay in reporting around payment time.

Unfortunately during this payment, the database locked for longer than required hence creating the delays we are currently experiencing.

As many of you are aware, TradeDoubler have several redundancy systems in place to ensure that we track all transactions. All transactions are buffered during planned and unplanned downtimes - the locking of the database does not affect our ability to record transactions.

Once again, TradeDoubler are extremely sorry for the unusually long delays.

    Kind regards,

    Nick

    Hi Nick,

Thanks for the update, but can TD not employ better systems? This is avoidable.

    Thanks for the update Nick,

I was getting quite worried when I looked at our reporting system just now!

The delay I think is still apparent? how long is the database locked for? and for the sales to show?- or is it just me?

Not normally that worried except I'm trying something out today

My stats are still moving. Still approx 30% down on what I would expect them to be.

Had a sale for 10pm last night appear about an hour ago, so it looks like it's about 20 hours behind.

Up to 00:38 GMT now, it looks like I've had two sundays this week. That report on gloomy Mondays must've depressed people.

Well it seems to have finished updating for yesterday. I`m still well down on what I would be expecting for the traffic. 25% at least. It seems like everyones in the same boat but its not right is it ?

25% down seems a good estimate for me too.

I'm getting a bit worried whether everything has been logged - every programme that's received any meaninful volume of clicks is down in terms of conversions for me (about half the usual conversion rate). I've not checked adwords against clicks into td yet but they look about right.

Hopefully this'll be solved by the morning!

I think my balance has dropped.
Gawd knows. Reports seem to be taking an age.

I noticed click throughs seemed to be a bit slow at times over Sunday and Monday as well. In fact ones with epi's were actually timing out occasionally, so i am not entirely surprised to see slightly lower than normal sales.
