Reporting Delays - Wednesday

Hi all,

following on from yesterdays announcement regarding reporting delays:

Payment Day Reporting Delays

Unfortunately there are still delays and transaction reporting is not up to date. We appreciate that this is frustrating for our publishers and advertisers but would like to assure you all that we realise how important this is and are working as fast as possible to resume normal service.

As soon as transaction reporting is up to date we will post back here to confirm.

didnt fancy starting a new thread, but could someone please let me know how their stats are updating?

past few days for me have stayed pretty poor, but today seems more okay ish. So are the delayed sales just been added to todays? Or is today just back to normal and past few days are yet to update?

For me clicks look ok but sales look well down over the last few days.

Monday was well down. Yesterday looked OK. Not looked at todays. Definately looks like sale were lost on Monday to me.

Monday & Tuesday were good when stats caught up, today impressions high, uv's high, actual transactions seem lower but have a habit of coming in a bunch later.

Are the delays since last night, my last sale was 9pm.

Well my sales are about what I would expect for yesterday.

My balance went down again yesterday and no removed sales in the report, the last time i complained about removed sales (a double removaL) they told me it was impossible but could give me any report showing it!

I'll owe them soon at this rate....

Still last sale yesterday 9pm, any news, is there an email i can fire off to tradedoubler to check this please.

My balance just dropped again, with no removals in reports and hardly any clicks in todays reports!!

Ok, just as i try again it changes. My reporting said that I was blocked from looking at it a minute ago, which i assumed was a good plan for them to stop us checking stats for a few hours so they could catch up. However my reporting works again now and no catch up.

I'm getting worried, when was the last update? at the moment I'm almost seven hours behind. I was worried enough about the gaps but doing no sales, well...

There goes my resolution of not checking stats too often.
